"Daily habits are your stepping stones to a healthier lifestyle!

Try incorporating these habits every single day - they may not make a huge difference from one day to the next, but looking back after 6 months or a year, that's when you'll see the powerful effect a habit can have on your health.

1 - Drink plenty of water
Increased water consumption not only keeps you well hydrated, it improves all of your body functions and is an important catalyst in weight management.

2 - Sleep better
Being sleep deprived reduces impulse control, leading to poor decision making when it comes to actions that can impact your health (such as that mid-afternoon candy bar for example). Among the many benefits of a good night's sleep, staying on track with your goals is an important one. Keeping the curtains drawn and electronics out of the bedroom are classic examples of good sleep hygiene - but whatever it takes for you to get your Z's in, make it your daily goal.

3 - Make movement a habit
Whether you're walking round the block at lunch, going for a swim or putting in a full workout at the gym - find your 60 minutes of movement per day and stick to it. You will be grateful you did when you look back on your progress at the end of 2020."
